Robert S. Goldstein, Attorney at Law, Polsinelli Shughart PC, joined the Board in January, 2007. He specializes in corporate and real estate transactions. Rob frequently acts in the role of an “outside” general counsel, representing his clients in all aspects of business ownership, including formation, acquisition, operation and disposition. Rob brings to the Board a wealth of experience providing practical business advice.

Debora Judish, Executive Director of Family Advocacy, Care, Education, Support (FACES) joined the board in January, 2008. FACES is a customer of Nonprofit Resources and has been serving families with young children in the metro Denver area since 1974. Debora feels that Nonprofit Resources is an important component of the Colorado Nonprofit Association and that it provides a valuable service to organizations state-wide. She will provide important customer input to the Board.

John Nagy, Vice President of Finance & Administrative Services for Dumb Friends League, joined the board in 2009. He has worked for Dumb Friends League for 17 years and manages finance, technology systems, volunteer systems and the human resources department. He purchases insurance coverage for the organization so he has a “customer perspective.” John is also a member and past President of the Society of Animal Welfare Administrators, a national organization of senior level management in the animal care and control field in the USA, Canada and Australia.

Gary Snyder, Vice President Commercial Banking at Colorado Business Bank, currently serves as Immediate Past Chair. He joined the Board in 2002. Gary was selected because of his business and financial background. He has a CPA license and spent many years as an auditor and controller. In his current position at the bank, he evaluates the financial position of his business clients. Gary has been particularly useful in helping the Board manage the growth of Nonprofit Resources.

COLORADO NONPROFIT ASSOCIATION MEMBER: One Board position is a Colorado Nonprofit Association board member appointed to serve as a liaison between the two boards and assist with communication between the two entities.
