After working in the insurance industry for over 25 years, performing various roles in large retail insurance agencies, Sue realized that she wanted to make a difference in her community. She decided that the best way for her to accomplish that was to combine her insurance expertise with her desire to help people, along with their nonprofit organizations, and become an Insurance Consultant with Nonprofit Resources.

Since becoming a member of the Property/Casualty team with Nonprofit Resources in December 2008, Sue utilizes her years of experience in insurance marketing and program design, as well as several years as a Risk Management Consultant, to assist small and large nonprofits with their Property/Casualty insurance needs. Sue works to answer her clients’ questions and to educate them on the various insurance products that will help them protect their organization and their employees , while continually looking for ways to fine-tune their insurance programs to save premium dollars wherever possible. She is motivated by knowing that her work gives her clients peace of mind, allowing them to focus on their mission.

A transplant from the East coast, Sue has lived in Colorado for over 16 years and loves the erratic weather best of all. She lives in the Northwestern suburbs with her teenage son and “mini zoo” consisting of 2 very large dogs and 2 cats. Her time outside of work is spent at the gym, reading or attending high school sporting events.
