Nonprofit owned and governed. ANI is part of the Nonprofits Insurance Alliance Group, which includes the Nonprofits' Insurance Alliance of California (NIAC). All companies in the group are 501(c)(3) nonprofits and are governed by the nonprofits they serve. |

All of these companies are related by affiliated boards of directors and all exist only to serve 501(c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofits. All of these affiliated companies are also 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organizations. This group of companies has members' equity in excess of $99 million. |
