Eye care plans can be designed to meet the needs of your employees and fit your budget. Discount plans are included with many dental plans at no cost. Most health plans will include a check-up every other year. Organizations may also purchase a specific plan to pay for an exam and part of the cost of eyeglasses or contact lenses. Services each year or every other year are available. Vision/dental plans may be included with your health insurance plan for employees, or your company may elect to provide a plan that covers all employees including those employees that waived the right to health insurance.
