Mail order pharmacy: A source for brand name and generic prescription and over-the-counter medicines by mail, usually at lower unit prices than a retail pharmacy.

Maximum out of pocket costs: A limit on the total amount of co-payments, deductibles and co-insurance that a beneficiary is responsible for paying.

Medicaid: A federal government program that pays for health insurance for those who cannot afford it when state and federal criteria are met. Resource www.chcpf.state.co.us

Medicare: Medicare is a health insurance program for people age 65 or older, people under age 65 with certain disabilities and people of all ages with End-Stage Renal Disease. Medicare has three parts: Part A = Hospital Insurance. Part B = Medical Insurance. Part D = Prescription drug coverage. Resource - www.chs.hhs.gov
